Edward Kelly needed only 21 seconds to finish his fight. Richard Esguerra, ABS-CBN Sports.

Team Lakay featherweight contender Edward 'The Ferocious' Kelly had himself a quick day at the office during Friday's ONE Championship: Global Superheroes card in Manila.

How quick? 21 seconds, to be exact.

That was all the time that Kelly needed to starch Cambodian opponent Meas Meul via knockout in their preliminary card bout last Friday, and my goodness, was it spectacular.

Within the initial striking exchange, Kelly landed a headkick that connected flush on Meul's head, sending him faceplanting down to the canvas.

The record-setting KO (fastest in ONE Championship featherweight history), was so spectacular that it went viral, with outlets like Bleacher Report showing some love.

Knocking dudes out is something that Kelly is good at, as that was his fifth KO win in his ten professional wins, and his third straight under the ONE Championship banner.

A ferocious performance, indeed.
