MANILA, Philippines – It was an all-out domination for Zark's Burger-Lyceum of the Philippines University as it demolished AMA Online Education, 109-85, on Thursday in the 2018 PBA D-League Aspirants Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Cameroonian big man Mike Nzeusseu led the way for the Jawbreakers with 17 points, 10 rebounds, and two blocks, while six other players also finished in double-digits in the victory.

Nzeusseu highlighted Zark's victory with a thunderous slam dunk over Andre Paras with 2:44 to play, giving his team a 102-80 advantage.

CJ Perez had 15 points, 14 rebounds, and five assists, Wilson Baltazar knocked down three triples en route to a 13-point output, while Jaycee Marcelino, MJ Ayaay, and Ralph Tansingco combined for 36 points.

"Again, we want to keep on sustaining the energy," said coach Topex Robinson after his squad racked up its second consecutive victory.

"We want to change the way the D-League will be played. They have to keep up to us rather than us keeping up with the rest of the D-League," he added.

Already, this is the Jawbreakers' best campaign in the D-League. They won only one game in their maiden stint last Foundation Cup, going 1-9 under coach Jade Padrigao.

It was a wire-to-wire victory for Zark's Burger-Lyceum. They opened the game with a 15-6 blast, then went on to lead by as much as 27 points, 109-82, late in the game. The Jawbreakers tallied 26 fastbreak points and 57 bench points against the hapless Titans.

Genmar Bragais carried the Titans with 29 points and nine rebounds, while Michael Cañete had 22 markers and seven boards for their second straight defeat.
