NORTH COTABATO - President Rodrigo Duterte arrived in Midsayap, North Cotabato Sunday afternoon to visit the victims of the explosion which occurred in front of a church on Christmas Eve.

The President went to Pesante Hospital where some of the victims were admitted and given medical treatment.

According to the Philippine National Police (PNP), 15 people were wounded in the blast. Three of them sustained serious injuries, with one of them subjected to possible amputation of the left foot.
