MANILA (UPDATED) - A 17-year-old girl last seen in a coffee shop in Sucat, Muntinlupa City has gone missing.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the police are on the lookout for the whereabouts of Ica Policarpio, who went missing Thursday night.

The teenager was reportedly last seen at a coffee shop in Lakefront, Sucat. She was supposed to be fetched by her father, Penney Policarpio, but he could not find her when he came.

Policarpio said the cashier told him that Ica wanted to have her P1,000 bill changed into smaller bills and stepped out of the coffee shop to find a convenience store.

"'Yung laptop niya nandoon. When we called her cellphone, it was inside her bag," he said.

Policarpio said the CCTV footage from the coffee shop showed the teen leaving. It showed nothing unusual, he said.

Ica was wearing semi-rounded glasses, a blue sweater with white stripes on the sleeves, black jeans, white sneakers and a light- colored beanie when she was last seen. --report from Niko Baua and Mike Navallo, ABS-CBN News
