Ronnie Dayan, Senator Leila de Lima's former driver and alleged bagman, has surrendered to authorities in La Union, police said Tuesday.

Initial reports said Dayan turned himself at 11:30 a.m. in Sitio Turod, Brgy. San Felipe, San Juan, La Union.
