DAVAO CITY - A man from South Cotabato was attacked by a group of unknown men on Sunday night after he paid for the services of a sex worker.

Alnor Sultan was injured in the head after an unknown man hit him with a bottle at San Pedro Street, Davao City.

Sultan revealed he sought for the services of a sex worker at a well-known bar in Davao City.

However, after paying the woman P1,000, an unidentified man suddenly hit him with a bottle of beer in the head and was followed a group of other men who went after him as well.

"Sila iyong nang-away sa akin, hindi man ako. Kinausap ako ng babae kasi bayaran man 'to tapos nakita nila tapos iyon binugbog na ako," Sultan explained.

(They attacked me. The woman talked to me to pay and when the other men saw it, they attacked me.)

He said the suspects got angry because he was given priority by the woman.

Sultan immediately went to the San Pedro Police to report the incident. Police are still looking for the suspects.
