MANILA - A Cessna training plane crash landed due to engine trouble in Pulilan, Bulacan on Wednesday morning, police said.

The two people on board the aircraft, Captain Arnold Paolo Romero and student pilot Noah Bautista, survived the crash, police added.

They were rushed to Doctor Peralta Hospital in Pulilan, Bulacan for medical assistance.

Superintendent Arwin Tadeo, chief of Pulilan Police, said the emergency landing was caused by a problem in the plane's engine.
