TACLOBAN CITY (UPDATED) – The lawyer of embattled Albuera, Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. was shot dead in this city on Tuesday afternoon.

Lawyer Rogelio Bato Jr. was killed at around 2 p.m. in Sitio Lumbang 2 in Barangay Calanipawan.
