MANILA - A consultant of the National Democratic Front surfaced at a local court Friday where he was granted bail to attend peace negotiations in Oslo.

NDF Consultant Rafael Baylosis, a member of the Reciprocal Working Committee on Socio-Economic Reforms, surfaced at the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 32. He was represented by NDF legal consultant Atty. Rachel Pastores of the Public Interest Law Center.

Baylosis is one of the NDF consultants being eyed as a participant in the peace negotiations between the government and the communist insurgency later this month.
