MANILA (UPDATE)- A magnitude 5 earthquake struck Bukidnon on Saturday afternoon, just hours after a temblor hit Sarangani province.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the quake, which struck at 3:39 p.m., was tectonic in origin, with its epicenter located 11 kms southwest of Valencia City.
