MANILA (UPDATE) - The Department of Justice issued on Friday a lookout bulletin against Ricardo "Arthur" Parojinog, brother of slain Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo "Aldong" Parojinog.

The immigration lookout order was issued in connection with the bloody series of raids on the houses of the Parojinogs last Sunday.

Immigration officers are advised to be on the lookout if Ricardo tries to pass through immigration counters in the country's ports.

The DOJ said Ricardo, a subject of the probe, was not at his home when police found several firearms and ammunition in his residence.

"Considering the gravity of the offense/s possibly committed, there is a strong possibility that the foregoing personality may attempt to place himself beyond the reach of the legal processes of this Department by leaving the country," the DOJ said.

The raid resulted to the death of the mayor and 15 others. Ozamiz City Vice Mayor Nova Parojinog and her brother Reynaldo Parojinog Jr. were also arrested following the raid.

Ricardo is an incumbent councilor of Ozamiz City and was also a board member of Misamis.

On Thursday the DOJ said it found probable cause to file drugs and weapons possession charges against the vice mayor and her brother.
