MANILA - Regular taxicabs are now allowed to pick up passengers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

For safety reasons, regular cabs that are not accredited by airport authorities are required to write their details before entering NAIA.

Details include the name of the driver and the operator, the name of the taxi, and its plate number.

A copy of the information will be given to the passenger, while the original will remain with the airport authorities.
