MANILA -- The inmates who allegedly mauled Genesis &quot;Tisoy&quot; Argoncillo were identified and will face murder charges, the Quezon City police chief said Friday.Three witnesses identified the suspects who allegedly conspired with other inmates to beat up Argoncillo at their detention cell, said Chief Supt. Joselito Esquivel, director of the QC police district.The witnesses claimed seeing Justin Mercado and Richard Bautista, both members of the Sputnik Gang, beating Argoncillo along with other detainees at around 10 p.m. on Monday, he said.&quot;The QCPD reiterates that it is conducting a thorough investigation on the death of Argoncillo. We will investigate everyone involved, including the police officers on duty, until the truth comes out; and then prosecute the guilty to the full extent of the law,&quot; he told reporters.Argoncillo&#x27;s death certificate indicated that he died due to multiple blunt force trauma to his neck, head, chest and upper extremities.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/06/21/18/look-death-certificate-shows-tisoy-died-of-multiple-blunt-force-trauma">LOOK: Death certificate shows &#x27;Tisoy&#x27; died of multiple blunt force trauma</a></li></ul>The Quezon City police earlier claimed that Argoncillo may have died from suffocation. The police station commander alleged separately that his death was &quot;self-inflicted.&quot;Esquivel later said investigators obtained statements from 3 inmates at the Novaliches police station that Argoncillo died after he was mauled by fellow inmates.
