A taxi driver was caught on video allegedly masturbating was arrested on Wednesday by the Valenzuela City police.

A passenger said she caught on her cellphone video Bonifacio Asuncion, 42, fondling himself and looking at her legs.

The video has gone viral with more than a million views on Facebook.

The victim said she turned on the camera in her cellphone after she noticed Asuncion touching his pants and looking at her legs.

She said she rode the taxi to a mall in Pasay City from Brgy. Marulas in Valenzuela City.

The victim reported the incident to the Valenzuela City police and gave the plate number of the taxi.

Police went to Asuncion’s house where they found his wife, who gave them his location.

Asuncion denied he was masturbating and said he was only holding his stomach because it was aching.
