ATOK, Benguet (UPDATE) -- Forty-five passengers of a bus were injured after the vehicle slammed into an electric post in this mountain town, Wednesday afternoon.

The driver of the Rising Sun bus from Baguio City lost control of the vehicle around Kilometer 25 in Barangay Caliking, police said.

The injured passengers were brought to the Benguet General Hospital. There was no immediate information on the extent of their injuries.
