Quezon City Police District (QCPD) chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar named the suspect as Fredison "Sonson" Atienza, a high-roller poker player.

The suspect, who was driving a Toyota Land Cruiser on Saturday, quarreled with motorcycle rider Anthony Mendoza after they figured in a near-collision at the corner of D. Tuazon and Quezon Avenue.
