MANILA – Sebastian “Baste” Duterte and his girlfriend, Kate Necesario, are all set for the inauguration of President-elect Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday.

On its official Twitter account, state-run People’s Television (PTV) posted a photo from the Davao Fashion and Design Council showing Baste in a barong made of Mindanaoan silk and featuring ethnic patterns.

Necesario, meanwhile, is seen in a piña terno.

The young Duterte became a social media heartthrob shortly after his father won the 2016 presidential elections, with netizens taking notice of his physique and surfer lifestyle.
