Cacai, Renz to reprise 'Rak of Aegis' roles in new run

MANILA -- Comedienne Cacai Bautista and veteran singer Renz Verano will reprise their roles in the long-running original Filipino musical "Rak of Aegis," which is returning to the PETA Center next month.

The two performed on "Umagang Kay Ganda" on Thursday.

"May bago kaming kanta and madaming nadagdag sa cast," Bautista said.

According to Verano, the musical will welcome new cast members Tanya Manalang, who played Kim in the West End revival of "Miss Saigon," "The Voice of the Philippines" finalist Alisah Bonaobra, theater actors Carla Guevera Laforteza, Trisha Jimenez and Vince Lim and comedian Jon Santos
