The biggest tattoo convention in the Philippines promises the attendance of more than 100 tattoo artists and thousand of enthusiasts sharing the passion on skin art.

Visitors will be treated with music and exceptional works of sought-after tattoo artists, plus an opportunity for other buddings artists to showcase their skills through different competitions.
