MANILA – Philippine representative Elizabeth Clenci happily shared over the weekend that she made it to the Top 10 of the Miss Grand International 2017 swimsuit competition.

“Top 10 in swimsuit, you guys are amazing, thank you,” said Clenci, who recently celebrated her birthday, in an Instagram post on Sunday.

The finalists in the Miss Grand International 2017 swimsuit contest were determined by online votes.

Clenci also made it to the Top 10 of the pageant’s national costume competition. The Filipina beauty queen wore a costume inspired by the T’boli tribe in Mindanao.

The winner of both the swimsuit and national costume contests will be announced during the Miss Grand International 2017 coronation night in Vietnam on October 25.

The Philippines has yet to win the Miss Grand International crown. Last year’s representative, Nicole Cordoves, finished first runner-up.
