Nais mo bang lagyan ng bagong twist ang iyong karaniwang afritada?

Maaari mong subukan ang magluto ng aritada, na pinagsamang manok at baboy ang sangkap.

Bumisita sa programang "Umagang Kay Ganda" nitong Huwebes ang kusinero na si Ed Ocampo upang ituro ang pagluluto ng nasabing putahe.

Ihanda lamang ang mga sumusunod na sangkap:

• 1/2 kilo ng manok
• 1/2 kilo ng baboy
• 1 buong sibuyas
• 2 pirasong kamatis
• 1 pirasong siling pula
• 2 pirasong patatas
• 2 pirasong carrots
• 1 tasa ng tomato sauce
• 1 lata ng liver spread
• 3 pirasong dahon ng laurel (optional)
• Paminta
• Asin
• Five-spice powder
• Mantika

Unang-una, igisa ang sibuyas, kamatis at siling pula.

Ilagay ang carrots at patatas.

Ihalo ang pinakuluang manok at baboy.

Isunod ang liver spread at tomato sauce.

Timplahan ng asin, paminta at five-spice powder.

Pakuluan sa loob ng 5-10 minuto.

Maaari nanag ihain ang afritada.
