MANILA -- If you're looking stay fit and healthy, then you'd do well to follow Vina Morales' work-out routine that helped her steadily lose weight since she began doing it last year.

According to Morales, she started training in preparation for her 30th anniversary concert last October, losing her 15 pounds in that span. She did functional training exercises that worked on multiple body parts in just one move, as well as extra work for her arms and abs.
