Pia Wurtzbach is overjoyed that she got a chance to do her final walk as Miss Universe in front of a home crowd.

Clad in a gorgeous, glittering royal blue gown by Michael Cinco, Wurtzbach took the Miss Universe stage at the Mall of Asia Arena as the title-holder for one last time to loud cheers before handing over her crown to Miss France Iris Mittenaere.

"Sobrang saya ko. I felt like I won again," she told ABS-CBN News' Dyan Castillejo Monday night. "And I love that the Filipinos are reuniting to support our candidate, to support me. I'm just so happy that the competition happened here, and ang saya. Ganoon pala iyong feeling? Cause I never had that walk ever. So it was great to be able to do that."

Wurtzbach was robbed of her winner's walk after Steve Harvey mistakenly awarded the title to Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez.

Harvey corrected his error minutes later and apologized on air to both beauty queens, but his flub left the Filipina in a very awkward situation where she had to walk to the center of the stage in shock.

Asked about her thoughts on the performance of Medina, who finished among the top six of the competition, Wurtzbach said she was happy with the result and congratulated her compatriot.
