MANILA – After Miss World, Catriona Gray is ready to conquer the Binibining Pilipinas 2018 stage.

Photos of the 40 official candidates of Bb. Pilipinas have been posted online by Bb. Pilipinas on Tuesday, and this includes Gray, who previously represented the country in Miss World 2016.

She had a controversial Top 5 finish, with many pageant fans believing that she should have won the crown.

“Hopeful that today the doors to my dreams will be opened,” she said in an Instagram post. “At this moment, more than anything, in my mind are all of you who have ceaselessly supported me since day one. Maraming, maraming salamat sa inyo. This is for you.”

“Let’s do this,” she added.

Gray has since become a fan favorite to win Bb. Pilipinas 2018, with some even going as far as saying that she may be the country’s fourth Miss Universe winner.

She will go independent in the national pageant, which sends representatives not only to Miss Universe but also Miss International, Miss Supranational, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Globe, and Miss Grand International.
