MANILA -- Miss Universe Italy Sophia Sergio had a fainting spell during the Governor's Ball at the SMX Convention Center on Monday night.

It was during the "Parade of Nations" segment when the 24-year-old beauty queen started feeling dizzy.

Sergio was immediately assisted, and was given water for re-hydration.

The Italian beauty queen immediately recovered.

Indeed, the show must go on. She even waved at ABS-CBN News' Mario Dumaual when he took a photo.
