MANILA - All five candidates for the presidential race turned up for the Commission on Elections' PiliPinas Debates 2016 on April 24, 2016 at the Phinma University of Pangasinan in Dagupan City.
MANILA - All five candidates for the presidential race turned up for the Commission on Elections' PiliPinas Debates 2016 on April 24, 2016 at the Phinma University of Pangasinan in Dagupan City.
The candidates - Vice President Jejomar Binay, Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, Senator Grace Poe and former DILG chief Mar Roxas - tackled various issues including poverty, contractualization, the South China Sea row, health care, the Mindanao conflict, and many others.
