PALAYAN, Nueva Ecija - President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday inaugurated the mega drug rehabilitation and treatment facility in Fort Magsaysay, expected to be the biggest of four rehabilitation centers the government is expected to put up until 2022.

The marker of the facility's first phase was unveiled by Duterte along with Cabinet officials and billionaires who donated money for the construction of the facility.

The project's first phase features at least two mess halls, admission and assessment areas, common shower rooms, and a 2,500-bed capacity sleeping quarters that is expected to expand into 10,000 beds once other phases have been completed.

The tenants' capacity to pay will be assessed, and those who are capable of shelling out money will have to shoulder a P10,000 board and lodging fee for staying here each month.
