MANILA, Philippines — Vice Ganda's "The Super Parental Guardians" has earned more than P150 million in four days, production outfit Star Cinema announced.

The comedian and TV host's newest flick with Coco Martin pulled another P75 million in ticket sales from Thursday to Saturday afternoon, doubling its record opening-day gross last Wednesday.

Directed by Joyce Bernal, "The Super Parental Guardians" is about a tough-talking gang leader forced to take care of his orphaned nephews with a gay friend of his late sister-in-law.

The movie also features the big screen debut of child actors Simon "Onyok" Pineda and Awra Briguela. It is Vice Ganda and Martin's follow-up to their massively successful "Beauty and the Bestie," which holds the record for the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.
