MANILA - Unfazed by the negative criticism their close relationship has been receiving, "Minute to Win It" host Luis Manzano posted on Instagram a rare photo of him cuddling actress and rumored girlfriend Jessy Mendiola.

On his personal account with more than 1.6 million followers, Manzano shared his romantic moment with Mendiola, captioning it with a simple "Hi."

Some eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that it was the same caption Mendiola used for her similar photo with Manzano last week.

It prompted some of their supporters to ask whether they are officially a couple.

Last month, the two graced the red carpet together and hinted about their dating status. "Our smiles speak for ourselves," teased Manzano, adding that he and the "Maria Mercedes" actress have decided to take their time with the relationship.

The pair is long-rumored to be dating, with some even tagging Mendiola as the reason behind the break-up of Manzano and actress Angel Locsin.

Manzano has since cleared Mendiola, but has still refused to detail his split from Locsin.

Since the controversy with Locsin first blew up, Manzano and Mendiola have shied away from being seen in public, and refrained from posting photos of themselves together on social media.

However, in recent weeks, it appears they have become comfortable in talking about their romance in public, with their sweet photos together serving as an example.
