MANILA - Jake Cuenca and model Sara Grace Kelley's rocky relationship continues.

The two have decided to split up again, Cuenca confirmed to Pep, with the actor insisting that it is "final" this time.

"Yeah, we broke up," he was quoted as saying, adding that he and Kelley were no longer in speaking terms. "Ayaw ko na. Sinubukan namin. I can say it didn't work out. She will always have a special place in my heart. I know she feels the same way. But conflict of interests."

Cuenca, the former star of the hit afternoon soap "Pasion de Amor," explained that distance played a role in the break-up, as Kelley is based in the US. He also admitted that it was Kelley who called the relationship off.

"Sa ngayon, I’m moving forward," he said. "Sabi nga, parang one thing I learned in life, kahit artista ka, kahit intact ka sa emotion mo, it's never good to sit on a problem. You always have to move forward, and take challenges to be better."

It was in December 2015 when Cuenca and Kelley first called it quits. Last June, they were spotted kissing on a beach, prompting fans to say that love is sweeter the second time around.

Cuenca then said he had never met anyone like Kelley, adding that he would never give up on her again.

"Alam ko ang worth at value niya bilang tao. Kaya naman every time na may nangyayari ay hinahabol ko siya talaga kasi mahal na mahal ko siya (I know her worth and value as a person. That's why I always make an effort to pursue her, because I love her so much)," he said.

"I've never been so proud to be a boyfriend... I'm just making the most of every day na kasama ko siya (that I'm with her)."

In an interview on "Magandang Buhay" last August, Cuenca revealed that he and Kelley recently broke up for the third time -- and got together again.
