MANILA -- Actress-host Toni Gonzaga on Wednesday night posted a photo of her in lingerie while showing off her baby bump.

In the caption, Gonzaga hinted that she is ready to give birth anytime soon. "Ready when you are," she wrote.

Just last Tuesday, Gonzaga attended the premiere night of "My Rebound Girl" starring her sister Alex Gonzaga.

The "Pinoy Big Brother" host is expected to give birth to a baby boy in late September or early October.
