MANILA – Vice President Leni Robredo extended her congratulations to actress Kathryn Bernardo for the success of her newest movie “Barcelona: A Love Untold,” which also stars her rumored boyfriend, Daniel Padilla.

On Instagram, Bernardo’s mother Min shared a photo of the bouquet of flowers sent by the Vice President to the young actress.

She also showed the card which accompanied the flowers. It read: “Dear Kathryn, Congratulations on your new movie, Barcelona! From Vice President Leni Robredo and Jillian Robredo.”

Responding to the Vice President’s sweet gesture, Bernardo’s mom said: “Dear VP Leni, Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers. I love the unique styled arrangement. They look amazing on our dining table, and I really appreciate your thoughtfulness in getting them for Kath. You're the best. Thanks again.”

Bernardo’s mother also thanked Jillian, the youngest daughter of the Vice President, for gracing the premiere screening of “Barcelona: A Love Untold” last Tuesday.

Jillian has been vocal about her admiration for the popular love team.
