MANILA – Kim Chiu has denied that she will soon reunite with her former boyfriend, actor Gerald Anderson, for a television project.

Speaking to reporters after receiving her EdukCircle Award on Saturday, Chiu said she has no idea where the rumors are coming from.

“Hindi ko nga po alam kung saan galing ‘yon eh. Kung sinu-sino na lang po, bina-bash na lang ako. Pero wala pa pong ganun,” she said.

Meanwhile, Chiu also denied that she is already a mainstay on “It’s Showtime.”

“Natutuwa din ako mag-'Showtime.' Hindi naman ako [mainstay] doon. Pang dagdag lang habang wala pa 'yung totoong host talaga. Natutuwa naman ako,” she said.

Chiu said she loves hosting the noontime program since she can show her bubbly side.

“Walang script so sorry medyo tatanga-tanga din minsan. Pero natatawa naman sila. Sabi ko my gosh napaghahalataan 'yung totoong IQ ko. Wala namang taong perfect. At least napapatawa ko sila, napapasaya ko sila,” she said.

Does she want to be part of it permanently?

“Siyempre oo pero gusto ko talaga umarte. Number one talaga 'yung acting, second 'yung hosting, dancing tapos last 'yung singing,” she said.
