Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards portray Hong Kong-based Filipino workers in ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye.’ Star Cinema

“Hello, Love, Goodbye” continued its winning streak at the box office overseas, as it entered Tuesday a North American chart tallying independent film releases.

Producer Star Cinema reported the achievement, citing data from US media analytics firm Comscore.

The August 16 to 18 chart lists “Hello, Love, Goodbye” alongside films with less than 1,000 cinemas.

With 85 locations, it raked in a weekend gross of 442,320 US dollars, ranking it the 5th based on its location average earning of $5,204

According to Comscore, “Hello, Love, Goodbye” has already totaled $1,449,280 across North America, as of Sunday, August 18.

Based on Star Cinema’s most recent box-office tally, dated August 16, “Hello, Love, Goodbye” has so far earned $2,132,000 from international screenings, not just in the US.

That’s apart from the domestic gross of the Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards starrer, which was already raked in P603,015,830, as of Friday, August 16.

Now on its 4th week in local cinemas, and with international screenings in full swing, “Hello, Love, Goodbye” is poised to overtake Bernardo’s previous record-breaker, “The Hows of Us.”
