MANILA - It seems that music runs in the family of rapper Gloc-9.

But instead of following in their father's footsteps in rap, twins Sean Daniel and Danielle Shaun seem more interested in singing.

On the morning show "Magandang Buhay" on Thursday, the twins performed the ballad "I Turn To You" as a video message to their dad, who is promoting his album "Sukli."

"Thank you for working hard to provide for us," Sean Daniel said.

"Hope you know how blessed we feel to have you as our dad. Take care always, love you," Danielle Shaun added.

As a father, Gloc-9 said he strives hard so his children will get to enjoy things and experiences that he didn't have when he was growing up.

"Dalawa ako, super cool ako or super strict ako, dalawa lang. Kapag kailangang strict, strict ako; kapag good time, hindi ako KJ (killjoy)," says Gloc-9 said of his parenting style.
