Kris Aquino is friends again with Vice Ganda.

She shared that they patched things up in an Instagram Live video Saturday night, where she was seen, in near tears, hugging her former "Sisterakas" co-star.

She explained that she wanted to fix their friendship for her son, Bimby, who she said really loves the comedian. Bimby featured in the clip, too, and was also seen embracing Vice Ganda.

The happy reunion happened during a block screening Vice Ganda arranged for Aquino's movie, "I Love You, Hater."

There was talk of a rift between the two, who became close friends after working together on "Sisterakas," since 2015, supposedly due to clashing business ideas.

This speculation was again fanned when Vice Ganda partnered up with Aquino's former husband, basketball star James Yap, to open a restaurant-bar two years later.

Last January, Aquino acknowledged "missing" Vice Ganda.

Aquino recently explained that they drifted further apart when she turned down the offer to appear on Vice Ganda's entry to the 2017 Metro Manla Film Festival, "Gandarrapiddo: The Revenger Squad."

She revealed that this "disappointed" the "It's Showtime" host, but added that she decided against it because she did not want to come between Vice Ganda and Coco Martin, who also had an entry to the film festival.

She said that it was Bimby who paved the way for her and Vice Ganda to patch things up. "Basta happy siya," she said, pointing to her son, "happy lahat."
