MANILA – Remember Fonzy and George?

They were one of the onscreen couples in the ‘90s teen drama “Tabing Ilog,” played by Baron Geisler and Jodi Sta. Maria, respectively.

Delighting fans who followed their tandem since “Tabing Ilog,” the two were spotted on Tuesday night at the cast party of “The Achy Breaky Hearts” at SM Megamall.

They were photographed by Star Cinema together and Geisler reposted the picture in his personal Instagram page.

Geisler said he attended the world premiere of “The Achy Breaky Hearts” to support Sta. Maria, referring to her as his sister in Christ.

He also congratulated Ian Veneracion, Richard Yap and the rest of the actors making up the movie for their “superb performances.”

“Solid!! Kahit mga lalaki kikiligin!!” Geisler said of the movie.

Sta. Maria and Geisler used to be together but have remained good friends even after their relationship.
