"Brad, ang gusto ko lang sabihin sa iyo at gusto kong sabihin sa lahat, huwag ninyo akong kantiin. Baka mapasama ka. Pero sige, kung gusto mo, hinahamon na kita. Suntukan na lang talaga ng patas. Hindi iyong maraming tao," Geisler said.

The video, posted by Facebook user Medmessiah CombatBoi, showed Geisler, 33, trying to shake hands with Matos during a fund raising event, when the latter suddenly punched him. The two were then restrained by onlookers.

Geisler told ABS-CBN News that he was only trying to defend himself from Matos. "As much as possible, you will not try to hurt anybody because we're not here to hurt anybody. We're here just to help people for a good cause," he said.

The brawl began when Matos appeared to have cut off Geisler while he was speaking onstage, the person who uploaded the video said in an interview aired on TV Patrol.

Geisler, who denied that the video was a publicity stunt, said that he did not know why Matos approached him, and that he was mulling possible legal action against the indie actor.
