MANILA -- Darren Espanto's long-time wish was granted on Sunday when he finally met his "crush" Cassy Legaspi, the daughter of Carmina Villaroel and Zoren Legaspi, at the backstage of the musical variety show "ASAP."

The 14-year-old singer posted on Instagram a photo of himself with Legaspi and her twin brother Mavy.

Meanwhile, Espanto's close friend and fellow "The Voice Kids" finalist JK Labajo shared on Instagram a candid photo of the two with the caption: "Ermagherd! HINDI SILA TAO... [bagay sila]."

In previous interviews, Espanto had been very open about his crush for the 15-year-old beauty and even said he wants her to be his leading lady if ever he pursues acting.
