MANILA – Bea Alonzo is looking forward to seeing Gerald Anderson’s new movie with Pia Wurtzbach, who is one of her first friends in showbiz.

In an interview on Sunday, Alonzo said she found it funny when Wurtzbach spoofed her in the trailer of the movie “My Perfect You.”

“Nakakatuwa kasi 'yung group na gumawa ng pelikula nila, sila rin 'yung group na gumawa ng ‘One More Chance,’ ng ‘Second Chance.’ Sila direk Cathy (Garcia Molina) So nakakatuwa. Pia did it beautifully. She was so funny,” she said.

Anderson, however, told Alonzo that there are more spoofs in the movie for her to see. “Mahaba-haba pa 'yun so abangan niyo yan,” he teased.

When asked how the experience is working with the 2015 Miss Universe, Anderson said they had a lot of fun filming in Zambales.

“Sobrang saya at excited ako na mapanood ng mga tao. Maraming aabngan ang mga tao sa [kay Pia],” he said.

Will Alonzo be present at the premiere night of “My Perfect You”?

“May shooting ako ng premiere night nila,” Alonzo quipped. But she promised that she will definitely see the film on another date.

Alonzo is also currently busy working on “Kasal,” her upcoming movie with Paulo Avelino and Derek Ramsay.

“Masaya, nag-shoot kami sa Cebu last week. Nag-lock in kami for a week. Excited ako na makita ng mga tao. First time ko makatrabaho si direk Ruel Bayani so exciting kasi ibang flavor 'yung binigay niya,” she said.

Star Cinema has yet to official announce the release date of “Kasal.” Anderson and Wurtzbach’s film, on the other hand, will open in cinemas on March 14.
