It was a "laugh-out-loud" moment for Rachel Alejandro, 44, when she got an offer to pose for men's magazine FHM, but if the just-unveiled cover of that issue proves anything, it's that age is just a number for anyone who wants to keep fit and sexy beyond their so-called "prime" years.

While she was "incredulous" about the interest to show her sexy side "at this age," Alejandro ultimately showed that it doesn't take youth to maintain a sculpted figure, and more importantly, good health.
