MANILA - Stylist Alyanna Martinez' non-showbiz fiance, photographer Roy Macam, has formally asked her family's blessings ahead of their wedding this year.

Alyanna, the daughter of "All of Me" star Albert Martinez with late actress Liezl, on Tuesday uploaded photos of her family together with Macam's family.

Other guests include actress Gretchen Barretto and partner Tony Boy Cojuangco.

Alyanna first announced her engagement to Macam last December. She posted on Instagram a photo of her wearing her engagement ring at the base camp of Mt. Everest.

She wrote: "It is a lot to take in and I am still trying to accept my new reality. But here's to a new and exciting chapter of my life and I can't wait to start it with you by my side."
