Feeling a little sentimental on Friday, Sandara Park took a trip down memory lane and shared a photo on Instagram of her with the other members of 2NE1 after news broke that they will be releasing their final single as an apology to their fans for disbanding.

The photo, apparently taken in November 2015, showed Park sharing a light moment with Park Bom, Minzy, and CL. It was immediately flooded with comments from fans expressing their sadness over the group's breakup.

Park's post came less than a week after YG Entertainment, the group's label, announced that 2NE1 will be releasing one final single aptly titled "Good Bye."

A statement from the label read: "The members of 2NE1 were sad that they weren’t able to say their final goodbyes to fans after their sudden disbandment, so they've come together for one last song."

The song, to be released on January 21 along with a music video, will feature CL, Park Bom, and Sandara Park, but will be without Minzy, who left the group back in April.

Last November, YG Entertainment confirmed 2NE1's split via an official release on the company's website. The agency said that it was "deeply saddened" to let the girl break after seven years, but has decided that it will instead focus on the members' solo activities.

Park acknowledged that she was "heartbroken" over the announcement.
