MANILA - For the first time, actor Derek Ramsay introduced his girlfriend, model Joanne Villablanca, to his followers on Instagram.

On Friday, the 39-year-old "All You Need Is Pag-Ibig" star posted a photo of him with Villablanca while on vacation in Palawan. The caption read: "Thank you for everything. I hope you enjoyed as much as I did. Love you."

For her part, Villablanca revealed that Friday was their anniversary as a couple. She wrote as the accompanying caption to a photo of her with Ramsay: 'Happy New Year and Happy Anniversary Love!"

"Can't believe 2015 went by so fast. It wasn't the best year for us, yes. But I think the honeymoon stage is overrated anyway. 2016 will be our year. Love you," she added.

In an earlier interview with the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Ramsay, who previously dated actresses Angelica Panganiban and Cristine Reyes, said that he wants his relationship with Villablanca to last.

"We enjoy each other's company and we're very much intrigued by each other —we want to know each other more," Ramsay shared. "She supports the things I do and seems genuinely interested in them. There's no pressure. And I love it."
