MANILA - Japanese billionaire Kazuo Okada's $2.4 billion integrated resort and casino is set to open for preview starting Wednesday.

Okada Manila, the third gaming facility in Entertainment City in Parañaque, said it will open its outdoor area to the public and will host a Christmas concert at 4 p.m. featuring local artists Bamboo, Lani Misalucha, and Regine Velasquez.

The hotel and the restaurants within the complex are not yet open for guests, but the a portion of the casino will be accessible during the preview, Okada Manila said.

Okada Manila, formerly named Manila Bay Resorts Integrated Resorts and Casino, is expected to generate 8,000 jobs once fully operational.
