MANILA - The Malampaya deep water gas-to-power facility will be on maintenance shutdown from Jan. 28 to Feb. 6, the Department of Energy said Monday.

The routine closure, will have mininmal to no impact on power prices and the DOE said it would ensure enough supply during the nine-day period.
