MANILA - Listed tech firm Xurpas Inc. on Thursday said it has acquired Singapore-based company Art of Click for $45 million.

The acquisition of Art of Click, which specializes in mobile advertising, is seen to boost the development and expansion of Xurpas' existing consumer business, Xurpas told the stock exchange.
