MANILA - Filipino job seekers are increasingly looking at job security when looking for a potential employer, according to results of a Jobstreet.com survey released on Wednesday.
MANILA - Filipino job seekers are increasingly looking at job security when looking for a potential employer, according to results of a Jobstreet.com survey released on Wednesday.
Asked what they look for in an employer, job security was the top choice, followed by wide opportunities for career development, superior perks and benefits, training opportunities and excellent management.

Job security was not among the top 5 responses in last year's edition of the study, which ranked a competitive basic salary as the top consideration. Benefits was the top choice in 2015.
