"With great power, comes great responsibility."

The famous line from the Spider-Man movies rings true for Aboitiz Power Corp. president and chief operating officer, Antonio "Tony" Moraza, who sat down with "The Boss" recently for an exclusive chat.

"You know, as you gain more responsibility, you actually grow more frustrated because you're actually able to influence less directly. So you become more dependent on all the people you work with," said Moraza.

"I guess the critical component there is to hire the right people. And we got a lot of really, really good people at Aboitiz Power," he added.

Moraza jokes about working like dogs, but says work should always be done with integrity. He is also protective of the Aboitiz clan name.

"So we cherish that and we make sure we don't tarnish it," said Moraza.

Moraza is the paternal second cousin of Aboitiz Equity Ventures president Erramon Aboitiz.
