MANILA - Fresh graduates and employees seeking to advance their careers have selected the top 10 companies that they aspire to work for, according to Jobstreet.com.

The job portal surveyed 14,062 respondents for the study, now on its third year. The 10 companies are also among the country's largest and most profitable companies.

ABS-CBN Corp. is the only media company on the list.

1. San Miguel Corp. - Respondents cited the conglomerate's positive reputation and its ongoing effort to diversify its business.

2. Nestlé Philippines - The food and beverage giant's putting company values at the forefront was cited.

3. Accenture in the Philippines - Respondents saidthey believe the company's core value of giving clients "value for money."

4. BDO Unibank - Employees trust the stability of the country's largest bank.

5. Ayala Corp. - Its "top-notch" management team and reputation for being highly-respected was cited.

6. Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines - The company offers one of the highest salaries in the industry, according to respondents.

7. SM Investments - Employees see the country's largest mall operator as a "stable" company.

8. Google Philippines - Respondents cited the tech giant's drive to innovate.

9. Procter and Gamble Philippines - All employees are held accountable equally, employees said.

10. ABS-CBN Corp. - According to the respondents, the country's largest broadcaster is true to the "Kapamilya" spirit of serving the nation.
